Mental health coaching

Connect with a coach one-on-one via private text-based chat. Our coaches are carefully vetted and selected with >2 years of supervised experience and hold a master’s degree in a psychology-related field and/or a certification from a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach approved training program.

Schedule time to connect with a coach to work together in an ongoing way or for support in the moment, they are available when you need.

Therapy and Psychiatry

Our clinical care professionals are fully licensed, holding a master’s degree (or local equivalent) in a psychology-related field, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Clinicians also participate in regular, ongoing trainings on best practices and protocols to enhance care.

Easy access to clinical care appointments with availability on weekends and evenings

Therapy offered through a variety of formats; appointments via video in the app, over the phone, or in-person with access based on your organization.
